Our training session usually starts at 9.00 but this is dependent on the course you are on. There is a 60 minutes lunch break scheduled between 12:00 and 13:30. Courses finish by 17:00. This schedule can be arranged for your convenience or your group.

We limit numbers to ensure that each trainee receives the best training possible, but it does vary per course. The group size ranges from 4 to 6. If you would like to know how many people are attending your particular course, just ask.

Our courses are mainly run in our office however if you want we can arrange your training in a place chosen by you. Full details and directions for the venue will be supplied when you book. If you have any questions or need more detail just call us.

We need to know where the course will be held, how many people and when or if there is anything you would like added to the course. We will then generate a quote for you.

Yes, we do not charge you for changing someone's details. Just let us know as soon as you can.

We are happy to invoice you and we accept payment via, cheque or bank transfers. Please note that if we have not received cleared funds by the start date we reserve the right to refuse admission.
